Washington, D.C. – March 28, 2025 – LPJ Legal is proud to announce that Victoria Clark has been named a Counsel at the firm. With a distinguished career spanning litigation, government service, and political law, Victoria brings a wealth of experience. This will strengthen LPJ Legal’s ability to serve clients navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes.
Victoria has built a reputation for her strategic counsel and advocacy, representing individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations in litigation and investigations. Her expertise also extends to sensitive internal investigations. In particular, she focuses on mission-driven organizations, ensuring legal risks are identified and managed with discretion.
Beyond litigation, Victoria advises clients on the legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks governing political activity, advocacy, and engagement with government. She helps candidates, elected officials, political committees, nonprofits, and businesses remain compliant with federal, state, and local campaign finance laws. Additionally, she manages lobbying disclosure requirements, and government ethics rules.
Prior to joining LPJ Legal, Victoria served in the Biden-Harris administration as Congressional Oversight Counsel at the Department of Homeland Security. Later, she served as Senior Deputy Associate Counsel in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel. She also has experience representing criminal defendants in D.C. Superior Court. Previously, she ran as a candidate for D.C. Council.
