Real Estate Law
Do I need a lawyer to buy or sell a property?
Why do I need to hire LPJ Legal as a real estate attorney if I already have a title attorney?
A ‘title attorney’s’ job is to draw up the paperwork necessary to finalize a real estate transaction. However, a title attorney’s job is NOT to make sure that said contracts align with the specific interests of either party. In a real estate transaction, if the only legal representation that you have is a title attorney, then there is no way to ensure that the contracts you’ve been presented with will speak to your unique needs. Hiring LPJ Legal provides you with a crucial layer of legal protection, allowing us to skillfully review, dispute, or modify the contracts that the title attorney has presented you with.
